About me
Hi and welcome to my personal website on which I share content about my passion for the symbiosis of process mining and machine learning.
With more than seven years of process mining and machine learning experience in industry and academia, I drive data-driven process analyses and optimizations from planning to value realization. My experience spans industry-agnostic large-scale process mining roll-outs. I have been involved as a lead consultant managing the conception, consolidation, and implementation of impactful and innovative use cases for process transformations in alignment with various global business stakeholders to optimize operations of core business functions.
During my PhD studies at the University of Illinois Chicago, I developed complementing process mining and deep learning algorithms to create valuable symbioses which overcome theoretical limitations. These concepts have been applied to real-world problems in human-computer interaction, manufacturing, and healthcare engineering. The corresponding articles have been published in scientifically renowned journals such as IEEE Journal of Biomedical Health and Informatics and IEEE Transactions on Computational Social Systems and have been presented at international conferences in North America, Europe, and Asia. Moreover, I worked on multiple industry research projects with large corporations and have been involved in coordinating international and interdisciplinary research teams.
Nowadays and by combining my industrial and scientific experience, I am thriving to push the boundaries of technology by bridging the worlds of academia and industry to accelerate innovation and adoption cycles.
